DESCRIPTION

RavenEye-3U-MSS is a multispectral SWIR imaging payload designed as a companion to the VNIR cameras.

KEY FEATURES

Type: Multispectral SWIR imaging payload
Spectral region: approximately 0.9–1.7 μm (InGaAs SWIR)
Detector: 1920 × 1080 InGaAs focal plane, 8 μm pixel pitch, TEC-stabilised
Optics: ~220 mm focal length telescope
Performance at 550 km: GSD around 20 m, swath around 38 km in nadir
Output: High-rate SWIR image stream over a high-speed digital interface with auxiliary serial links for command and telemetry

APPLICATIONS

Water content and stress in vegetation, mineral and soil signatures, smoke and haze imaging, and other scenes where SWIR adds information beyond VNIR.
